Its really hard to show off this issue due to screen recording being screen recording but you can most likely go in-game and see it for your self. You can clearly see the difference between the two mp4s but its worse in-game.
The effect is very similar to the worldborder when viewed from far away and can cause headaches due to the warping.
Please check if this is still an issue for you in 19w42a. It should be fixed there.
