When you left click while strafing or moving the mouse, on a block, with an item that doesn't let you destroy blocks in creative, like a sword the camera glitches and rubberbands to the spot you are hitting

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-157436, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
