[MC-162675] Night vision GUI color effect persists after world exit

Drink night vision potion. Note the GUI color change. Exit world. Main menu retains effect. Quite Minecraft and reopen. Proper color is restored.

I very much used the search feature, and I created this ticket fully expecting it was probably already reported, because searching the correct strings in a reasonable amount of time is practically impossible here.

The trick is to use as few words as possible. Example for this ticket: Search for "night vision" → restrict to MC tickets only → restrict to open or fixed tickets only → sort by created (descending). That usually works for issues new to the snapshots.
