I made a new world and at first while looking around (keep in mind I'm above ground) the subtitles said that a minecart was rolling nearby and then a bat was taking off, the problem is that this happened in both my house and a random forest far from my base.

I agree with the Bat taking off just being a faint noise but the minecart rolling I had a problem within 1.14.4 and 1.15 snapshots even though there is no minecart rolling anywhere. So the minecart rolling is most likely a bug.

But there was no mineshaft nearby and Minecarts don't naturally roll in Mineshafts. They need a player push or redstone signal

The minecart rolling sound is just MC-37557.
And the bat sounds just come from bats taking off in caves below you.
These are both cave sounds. They happen randomly if your in a cave, and even if you are on the surface you can very faintly hear them. The subtitles pick them up even if it is very quiet
