[MC-162727] Double /kill message

It said "killed" + "fell out of the world" when i typed /kill.

This is not a bug. This occurs when you are OP'd on a server (or create a world with cheats on) and do /kill. It outputs a death message and then command feedback, which is in this case, "Killed DoggoEatingBeans".

Yep, one is the actual death message, and the other message is just the /kill command success message.
