The top texture of the grass block on the player's hand (whether left or right) is in a grayscale

Although the placement of the grass block turned out fine enough, there suddenly became a bug where its top texture on the player's right (or left) hand became a grayscale as soon as I started hovering over it. I wish that it should've been back to normal right away.
