[MC-162790] Minecraft server crashes with OutOfMemoryError

The minecraft server crashes with OutOfMemoryError after few seconds that a player is connected to the server.

The server runs on an AMD Ryzen 3 with 8GB of RAM and 2GB of dedicated video memory.

JVM Flags: 2 total; -Xms1G -Xmx2G

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
