I don't even know how to describe this bug so I couldn't search for possible fixes. It happens much worse on single player than multi player. I tried reinstalling minecraft but nothing. It's essentially unplayable and I can't diagnose the issue myself.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

No clue how to replicate. It just randomly happens and only stops for a couple minutes after restarting my game.
