[MC-162985] Bug in singleplayer with cartographer

In my world, when I trade with a cartographer, my world lags, and when I press the "Save and exit" button, then my world is saved for a very long time. Prompt because of what this bug.

Environment

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7620G + HD 8600M Dual, processor: AMD A10-4655M, java version: 8 update 111.
