On one side of the island where I'm living, Wandering Traders would spawn regularly/normally. Since I moved a few hundred blocks away to the other side of the island, I have not seen a single Wandering Trader.
This change may have roughly corresponded with the update from 1.14.3 to 1.14.4, but I'm not sure.
World seed is 7648090710864857972
Previous area (Traders spawning) is right at spawn (specifically on the very north side of the flower forest).
New area is SE of spawn on top of the plateau to the south of the village.
Unfortunately I can't really provide any more information - it's just something I've slowly noticed. I can provide more information about the world if needed, including a world download.
Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.16 Release Candidate 1 or later.
