Using the clock below (and other 1 tick clocks) Powers a lot of Redstone components weirdly, instead of sending fast short pulses, it sends 1 long one.

The wire is constantly powered. It's switching between redstone levels 14 and 1, so it never gets deactivated and always powers the components.
