Zombies, zombie villagers, husks, drowned can't see players, villagers, wandering traders or iron golems though walls

This is not a bug.

this feature removed a long time ago because the wall hiding the mob behind it.

Also children mob also doesn't get attention from other hostile mobs.

Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.16 Release Candidate 1 or later.
