Ender dragon inner hitboxes are rendered offset by approximately 200 blocks

The bug

When using F3+B in order to show hitboxes, the inner hitboxes (green) of the ender dragon are rendered with a huge offset.

They seem to still render, but just far away from the dragon itself. Some distance up in the air.

The distance actually changes with the distance from 0,0.

Confirmed for 1.15 pre-7.
