So, in previous snapshots/updates, firing an item out of a dropper into a cobweb would cause all the items to slow down and all eventually fall onto a block lower down in the world directly under the dropper. Now, a majority of the items are not being affected by the cobweb, and are instead spreading out and landing in the 3x3 area on the gound below the hopper. Don't see anything in the changelogs about this
