every time I try and click Minecraft launcher, it will start loading, then disappear. I am 100% sure this is not normal. I have tried everything from uninstalling it and reinstalling it with a new launcher from the Minecraft website. when downloaded and filed as an application, it still won't show up anywhere in the task manager. I have has special help from I.T but they can't figure it out. everything is updated (java, minecraft, and my pc) please help soon, I just want to play Minecraft.

for some reason, the Minecraft launcher does not appear in task manager, whilst all other apps do. this is the reason I cannot open it, I just don't know how to fix it.
