Chunks in my world got moved around. I don't now if it didn't save properly because my computer died while I was in this world. Also even though I pressed backup my load when I first loaded the snapshot, it didn't back up. Is there some way to fix the chunks though?
Also my world is too big to attach to this.

Besides restoring your world from a backup, I am afraid there's nothing that can be done to restore the world.
In order to help us find the cause of this issue, could you please attach the game log files from when this happened, as well as the previous game log before that? You can find the game output logs in
.minecraft/logs.
