I tried to open minecraft 1.14.4 from it's official launcher. I can hear it, so the game loaded, but I couldn't see anything (I got a white rectangle within a black screen). Then I tried to install Forge 1.14.4. Same issue (white rectangle within a black screen). I uninstalled everything and deleted Forge.
Then I tried to install Forge 1.12.2 and I could finally see the game. The problem was it uses my integrated GPU (Intel HD Graphics 630), so it's very slow (like 20 fps). Then I configured my laptop in high performance to use my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, and then i got the same issue: I can hear the game, but I can't see it.
My graphics cards are both updated and I have the latest version of JAVA (provided by Minecraft launcher). I also tried to install the latest version of JAVA from Oracle's website and I got the same issue: Forge 1.12 works fine but slow (ONLY with my integrated GPU), Minecraft 1.14 opens a white rectangle in a black screen (with my integrated graphics card AND when I activate high performance to use the GTX 1050).

I'm having the exact same issue. This happens also with vanilla 1.14
