When hopping out of a boat it vanishes and my character shakes and can barely move, i have to exit the game and load it back in for it to reappear and not stick to the surrounding landscape

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-101247, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
