Invisible villagers

Survival game mode on a normal world with cheats enabled. Visited a village to find that all villagers were invisible and all that could be seen from them was a circle on the ground where they stood (files attached). I have been unable to replicate this bug, however I barely seen any villages so I have only been back to the area once or twice. Closing down the launcher and reopening Minecraft fixed the issue.

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

  • Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.

  • Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.

  • This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded MineCraft.

This is what was said last time, despite the fact that this is an unmodded version of minecraft. I don't understand why the reports suggest that it is modded.

Because it says it right in you crash report:

Is Modded: Very likely; Jar signature invalidated

Please do not report issues with a modded client.

Only MCPatcher means anything to me, but again I didn't think that was a mod. I have no idea what any of the other things on there are.

MCPatcher is a mod.

In that case I am very sorry for the hassle I have caused, I shall continue to try and replicate this bug in a clean minecraft jar.

If MCPatcher is the only mod you have running, you should report issues to the mod creator.

The issue has been reported to the mod creator
