What I expected to happen was...:
Spawn at my bed
What actually happened was...:
I keep spawning at the world spawn
Steps to Reproduce:
1. sleep in bed
2. destroy bed
3. die
4. place new bed and sleep
5. die (should not spawn at bed)

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-151243, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
