Firework Rockets lose effects when put into Enchanting Tables

When you Shift-Click any Firework Rocket stack (2+) into an Enchanting Table, it loses all of it's data regarding Flight Duration, Pattern and Color.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would remove the Firework Rocket from the Enchanting Table and it would keep it's effect and flight duration.

What actually happened was...:
The Firework Rocket was made into the kind you get from the Creative Mode menu, without any effects attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft a Firework Rocket Stack (2+), with or without Firework Stars.
2. Shift-Click the Firework Rocket Stack into an Enchanting Table (Only 1 will be put in).
3. The Firework Rocket is now 'blank', without any Flight Duration, Pattern or Color.
