[MC-165277] Creepers can move while charging

When creeper approaching me, he starts charging at distance and doesn't stop. Also, when i try to run he is following without stop charging.

It's impossible to do anything about it, i just die everytime this bug happens.

And don't tell me "there is no enough information" again, i tell you entire point of bug.

Can you attach a video?

Creepers dont stop charging until you are far enough, but if you sprint you should be able to get away

I don't have video yet (i will try to get ASAP), but the the bug is:

1 Either creeper approaching me and start charging at distance where he not supposed to, while keep moving toward me,

2 Or he get close and start charging, i am running away and creeper following me without abort charging.

Ok, i added video. It doesn't have sound because of the way i recorded, but you still can see creeper charging by flashing.

If you dont sprint away you are not fast enough for it to stop charging

But they not supposed to charge and move at the same time. This is the issue.

I know they uncharge if target ran away to far.
