All y-rotations over 180 are - . example: 190 = -170 or 200 = -160 but 170 = 170 or 10 = 10

Why that complicated of a function? Only one command should be enough. For example:
execute as @e[tag=rotate_me] at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~
But with that the animation is bugged as well, though I'm sure we already have a ticket about that.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-103800, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
