Spawning inside of a stone block

Whenever I spawn into the game when I open my server, I always spawn inside of a stone block and die. This doesn't happen when I die normally. Even if I close my game after resetting my spawn point using the /spawnpoint command or after I go to bed, when I open the game, it still spawns me into a stone block. When I die in the stone block, it respawns me into the normal world, and everything is normal except for the fact that everything in my inventory is gone.
