my world corrupted but i recovered it through a backup folder. but since the incident my amour points bar dose not show in 1.14.4. but before the corruption it showed it. it happens even if i am wearing full diamond amour

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.
