I'd noticed when spawning horses that the "creamy" horse with no markings would not spawn. I spawned somewhere around 400 horses trying to get the variant before using the summon command.
Both commands as followed create a horse with "creamy" coloring and a "white" variant, in which the "white" means a white stripe down it's face and white hocks.
/summon horse ~ ~ ~ {Variant:1}
/summon horse ~ ~ ~ {Variant:257}
The first command should bring up a horse with no markings, but it brings up the one with the white stripe. I'm guessing the texture for the bay horse just got overridden on accident in coding to where the horse with the white stripe is now both datatag 1 and 257.

On my computer, with no Mods or Texture Packs, it displays the same horse. If there's a slight difference I can't tell, and it just made my little sibling a little emotional. Last I recalled it was like the other horses with no markings. If there is a difference my apologies.
I have attached a screenshot showing the horse variants. 257 has more white at the hooves. However both have a white stripe at their head.
Can you please explain a little bit more in detail (possibly also with a screenshot) what you think is wrong with the textures? Or did you overlook the white parts at the hooves?
I can confirm that the variant which is supposed to have only "creamy" as color has a white spot on its head. Is this what you want to report? If so could you please make this report a little bit clearer?
