[MC-165979] Several buttons throughout the game are inconsistently highlighted

The Bug:

Several buttons throughout the game are inconsistently highlighted.

Most buttons within the game have a white outline around them upon being hovered over, however, there are some buttons that still use the old blue highlighting and old yellow text.

The recipe book button also uses the Progammer Art knowledge book texture. That also can confirm in 1.18 Pre-release 5.

I've removed the "Renew" realms button from the description of this ticket which previously appeared within the realms list, but no longer does. I'm not sure when this button was removed, but since it has been removed, it's no longer a problem, so it has been removed from the description of this ticket.

Very surprisingly, despite the splitting of UI textures in 23w31a, this still does appear to affect many buttons.

this report could probably use some updating, some of the textures got changed and the 1.20.2 slicing happened, so the new paths could probably be mentioned, also a lot of unnecessary images
