Farmland and Soul Sand Issue

in the version 1.15pre2 there seems to be an issue of stepping up onto farmland and soul sand. The player is not able to properly land on farmland or soul sand. When approaching farmland from the side and jumping up the player hangs on the edge of the land, this is the same with stepping up onto soul sand. The player is moved from the edge of the block as if being pushed by water when there is no water present.
