The honey block to be bright in my hot bar

The honey block was dark in my hot bar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a honey block
2. put in the hot bar
3. see bug
Honey blocks are transparent, hence the dark background shines through the block. The hotbar being too opaque is MC-166025.
