[MC-166801] Drawn bows and crossbows renders without an arrow if switched from another bow in the hotbar

The bug

Switching to a different bow while you are already drawing one causes the arrow to disappear.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 20w51a, using both bow and crossbows.

This has indeed been fixed.
Resolving as 'Cannot Reproduce' for now. A fix version can be added afterwards in case someone finds out the exact version where this got fixed.
