Bows are up to no good

Note that my right click is bound to 'Q' if that helps with reproducibility. 

Do you have any arrows in your inventory? Please upload a video of the problem if that is the case

I had arrows in my inventory. Looks in 1.15 pre 6 it’s no longer an issue.

After further experimentation, it appears disabling the vanilla datapack is the cause!
