Dear Sir Or Madam,
I have purchased / downloaded the latest version of Minecraft Java Edition (1.14.4). I bought this yesterday on the 30th November 2019 and have installed it. Each time I try to either join a server or load into my world, the game crashes and cuts off. Is it possible that you could please send me a new installer or perhaps suggest a solution to the problem I am experiencing. Thank you and I am looking forward to your reply
