When you summon a fireball with the command: /summon minecraft:fireball ~ ~ ~ {ExplosionPower:50,direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0]}
it won't really spawn but flicker and you can't hit it

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-145140, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
