[MC-16711] Ender dragon stuck when far away from the player

When i was fighting the ender dragon i noticed this whenever he goes far away from me

he was just stuck there until i came to him then he was back to normal but everytime he goes far away he would just be stuck in mid-air doing he's flying animations without going anywhere.I think its a bug because even i relog or relaunch minecraft he is still stuck

Probably so he wont fly away from the end when you are to far away

nope before the ender dragon usually flies very far away from me but now it doesnt

Not what I meant. This is probably a feature so the dragon wont fly away from the island

ohhhh ok i got that but was that bug fixed?
