[MC-167113] Snow Golem take damage from block that aren't technically in it's head

snow golem and other mobs are taking damage when body is partly in a block but red line (eyes) are not.

This does not happen to all mobs (any other mobs than snow golem perhaps?)
See attached picture, where a Pillagers head intersects with the block but is not taking damage due to the eye sight being below the block.

I can confirm this has been fixed in 21w05a and attached two videos: one demonstrating a fixed version, the other demonstrating a bugged version.
