Currently, item cooldown (the white progressbar over the item in the hotbar) only works with an item id such as Snowball. It would be great if this could be extended to support CustomModelData, so you can create cooldowns for your separate models.
For example, when using snowballs with CustomModelData, you can set a cooldown on snowball, but this would affect all items that use CustomModelData too, while for players, they appear as separate items.
Instead of allowing to set cooldown on just an item type (such as snowball), allow to set it to an item type and CustomModelData combination (such as Snowball{CustomModelData:2})
