Minecraft appearing in bottom right corner

Started a while back and every time I open Minecraft it opens in the bottom right corner. Happens to all versions.

I am also getting this on all versions of minecraft I've played recently - 1.6.4, 1.7.10, 1.8.9, 1.12.2, 1.16.3, 1.15.2...

-Edit: 1.2.5 doesnt have the bug but no one uses 1.2.5 anymore lmao
