major lag spikes when punching dirt

I was trying out the 1.15 pre 6 when I dropped to 1 fps and could not move I have a good pc I run around 180 fps and that never dose that unless there is a ton of entities

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue. Also please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
