Entities look like they are flying on the air when they are on a fence block. Entities that are on a fence are even at a higher altitude than an entity on a solid block. This wasn't happening on the older versions as I've examined.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-64446, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
