[MC-167648] TNT Minecart bugs out when lit on fire and doesnt blow up blocks with minecart tracks on them

If you put a tnt minecart on a track, break that track and set the block on fire, the TNT minecart twitches back and forth and doesnt blow up any blocks that have a minecart track on them

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-7879, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
