In MC 1.15 whenever I right click it displays the right click twice. I restarted the game and my PC but that didn't fix the issue.
[media]I linked a video of the problem as you can see it is only visual and happens 100% of the time and only right click. Also other friends have had this problem.

This also happens to me too on 1.15.2, but it does not happen on 1.13.2
Is this in multi or singleplayer?
