So far my Minecraft server keeps crashing shortly after bootup once I upgraded it to 1.15. If you can fix this when you can I would appreciate it.

Duplicate of MC-63590. Your server is lagging for too long, and the watchdog service shuts it down as result. See that report for details.
Also, I notice that your server is running on 32 bit java, and only has 1GB of memory being allocated. If you are able to switch to 64 bit java, and allocate more memory, this may also help.
