Hello, my problem is the following, I have an Intel Core i3 2348M with an integrated HD 3000, and I returned to play the game after a while and when I open a new world the game runs to 1/0 FPS, being impossible to play. But I have an All In One with a Pentium and an integrated HD Graphics where the game moves me to stable FPS. The version of minecraft you use doesn't matter and i have the official intel drivers updated.

Intel has actually discontinued support for your graphics chip and has not released drivers past Windows 8 support.
In any case, are you able to test with 1.15.1 pre 1 (under snapshots)?
Also, does reducing chunk render distance impact the performance?
