In the loading screen the box showing loading progress has a glitch

In the loading new world screen in this latest snapshot after the release of 1.15 the box that indicates percentage of loading has a visual glitch where another smaller box appears to the side of the big one.

I was loading a creative world, flat with default flat settings, no structures, allow cheats, and no bonus chest.
