I cannot choose the option of 1.14 in the (affect Version/s). Minecraft 1.14.4 cannot load chunks properly while having fps drops. I've installed optifine's latest version suitable for minecraft 1.14.4. However, Chunks cannot load properly both land and sea. The sea wasn't loading chunks properly. Trees' chunks were only half visible at certain far areas. Once I've updated my previous minecraft 1.13 world to the latest minecraft optifine 14.4, chunks were suprisingly not loading properly, and fps drops occur. These were not evident in my minecraft 1.13 experience. Here is a screenshot for my current world. Here is also the screenshot of the specs of my computer I've used in BOTH versions.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.15 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
