Cannot Reproduce

When you collect an item outside in the rain, the density of the rain seems to change for a split second, before turning back to normal

Cannot reproduce. Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Although it was consistent for me at first, I also can't reproduce it now. So I guess it was not consistent after all
