Last week, I sent an issue saying that the game performance decreased seriously. However, you said that the fault was of my PC. But it isn´t: My game is running at 5-30 fps, BUT my graphic card and my processor are not using the 100 % of their power! And the fps limit is at 60. Please fix it, it is NOT the fault of my PC, because it runned MUCH more better before 1.15

Please remember that Minecraft is still Java-based, that means that's it doesn't use all of your cores but 2-4 is the max.
This doesn't change anything about your computer no longer being supported by Minecraft. The game might have run better before, but we just no longer support your hardware.
If you have performance issues, you can try decreasing your render distance or "Biome Blend".
Additionally, just complaining about bad performance is not a valid bug report either.
@unknown, this is incorrect. Java allows for multi-threading, it's just very difficult to implement properly. It's planned to make Minecraft run on more cores at once, but it'll take some time to get there.
For example: my game was at 9 fps while the grafic card was at 30% and the processor at 65%.
