My computer is more than capable of playing minecraft and could play 1.14.4 absolutely fine. However, in 1.15, even at a view distance of 2 chunks, my FPS will regularly (usually once every minute, lasting for about 30 seconds) drop to 1 fps. SO 50% of the time I'm playing at 1 frame per second.
