Visual glitch when jumping/sprinting inside buildings in multiplayer

Jumping, sprinting, sprint-jumping, or falling inside certain buildings in multiplayer is causing a severe visual glitch, it appears as if the player didn't move at all and comes back to where it was before jumping, sprinting etc. I recorded it happening in the video below. It doesn't happen in open areas so often, it's mostly inside buildings, but it also happened when jumping on blocks to fences and fences to blocks in the outside (not in the video). Slabs, fences, carpets, non-full blocks in general make the glitch even worse.
