[MC-16828] horses make the galloping sound + their original walking sound at the same time

when riding a horse, you hear the new galloping sounds they added(love them). But at the same time you also hear the walking sounds they made before this snapshot

Also when riding a donkey only walking sounds are produced, not the new donkey sounds

Fixed the horse sounds. Donkeys are not supposed to play the galloping sound, so that's working as intended.
